The Cat Dancer is an interactive cat toy made simply from cardboard and spring steel wire that is inexplicably fascinating to a cat. I have no idea why my cats find this so much fun to play with. Maybe to them it resembles insect prey. The Cat Dancer is just a few pieces of heavy-duty cardboard attached to a slender spring steel wire. It can be used interactively, or solo. The toy can be purchased alone or with a self-adhesive wall mount. However, the instructions warn that the adhesive is permanent, so I just stick the loose end in between a couple couch cushions when the cats can play with it on their own. A version with catnip is also available. Highly recommended.

That's my review above. I didn't get to rate the product, so I'm just posting this so I can give it my rating.  Later...I upped my rating by one because after a week of chewing, it's still useable, and the cats haven't gotten bored with it yet.
