I've bought the cat versions of these Bistro products. And while I do like them because they are cheap for free feeders - they aren't very sturdy. My cats can normally knock them apart. I've checked out these dog version ones and they are just the same. They broke in my hands while I was just examining it. I've also had complaints from friends that their dogs chew these up way too easily.
I would just spend the extra couple dollars and go with the stainless steel bowls for my dogs. But if you are looking for a cheap free feeder that isn't going to be out all the time - I would go with these.
